We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind, which is why we offer a 10-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a smooth return process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email service@oakknotboutique.com

No returns or refunds for custom products. If Oak Knot Wood Signs makes a mistake we will make a new product and ship out asap. 

Cancelling

Processing time

Our typical processing time is a speedy 2-3 days. Once you've placed your order, we spring into action, ensuring that your items are carefully packed, and prepared for their exciting journey to your doorstep.

Packaging

Most of the products we use for shipping are recyclable. Our wood signs are wrapped in brown paper protected with bubble wrap and shipped in poly-mailers. Both plastic materials are recyclable like other soft plastics such as grocery bags.

Care instructions

1. Dust Regularly: Dust can accumulate on the surface of the wood sign over time, dulling its appearance. Gently dust the sign regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to keep it clean.
2. Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners can damage the wood and the design on the sign. Instead, use a mild soap diluted in water and a soft cloth to clean any stubborn stains gently.
